Used them numerous times both for "pay on delivery" and "already paid services). All my items came on item and in perfect condition. There was a funny transaction we had were they owed me change (change was not available that, I think around 230naira). Like 2 weeks later, I came around for another pickup and jokingly reminded her of the change, she refunded it. Great place

This is one of the best jumia pick up stations I've visited, the workers are friendly and outspoken

Its not hard to locate unlike their previous pick up station. It's located at the shopping complex before jemok filling station when you are coming from Ramat park.

Quick delivery

The staff in the office was nice and I got my order safe and smooth.
However, Google map does not take you to the accurate location of the office. It takes you to more than 400 miles away from it. Something should be done bout it.
