Fidelity Bank - Okpanam Road, Asaba

My bank of choice! I hear a lot of negative talk about bank staff and all but the staff at Fidelity Bank Plc, Okpanam Road, is entirely different. Their customer service is wonderful - the way they talk to your, their patience in listening to your complaints, etc. They do not just tell you about the issue, they do the very best they can (without getting frustrated) to make you understand the problem and also advice you on what and what to do to avoid future issues. If you go there angry, I'm positive you would leave with a better feeling. I think more banks should learn a thing or two from them. Thumbs up, Fidelity. You remain my bank!

So far. Fidelity has been good to me.

Inside, it's crowded most of the time. Outside, the 4 ATMs don't always work. Okay by local standards.
