There is orderliness in the bank as services are render to customers in the sequence of attendance. There is a separate service point for customers with bulk money for security reasons. Although there are few sitting platforms in the banking hall it is air-conditioned and has a flat-screen TV which entertain customers with World news and current affairs. The bank has a relatively big parking lot when compared to other banks in the area and the staff are polite. The bank also has 2 ATM(s) outside which helps to decongest the banking hall.

Went to this branch and filled bvn upgrade form, it's more than 4days but they haven't done it... No need wasting your time with access bank just go to another bank
