My dealings with diamond bank has always been great. They have good customer care an politeness in their voice. I think their staff are well trained to serve the public

Services are somewhat OK, but they need more staffs as most times you have to stand on the line for transactions

They have a stand by computer for internet banking which makes it easier for I-banking though not everyone knows the use.

They have average parking space and 24hr security.

This place has enough staffs to attend to customers promptly but if they can improve on the agility of the staff, the customers will like them more.

Good but not operating today Monday due to the obvious weekly Sit-at-home

Formerly Diamond, but now Access Bank. The seamless and smooth synergy may be the reason for a robust service environment. Reputable too.
