It was a nice sight seeing we went for.

We were told that one can plight to other countries through the Ibaka River

The boats have different country flags, which some of them are the country one can plight to through the river.

Most of the flags too are just football clubs that they' are fans of.

They go fishing from Mondays to Saturdays, if you go there within the period of days you will be able to buy different fresh fishes and seafoods.

There's also a big market beside it.

It's a good place but the market still needs to be developed

There's no vehicle accessible road to the water front. The market at the water front seems disorganised. The different flags on the different boats is indicative that the boats trawl and travel different water ways in different countries. It's a bee hive of activities at the water front.
There's also a Nigerian Navy Forward Operation Base at another part of the water way (Pictures are not allowed there though) - the place looks very clean and serene, learnt that a view of the deep sea can be seen there.
There's a petroleum (gas/ diesel) station on the sea for the boats as can be seen in one of the pictures.

Ample number of vehicles for your transportation needs but the number of passengers cramped into the vehicles is worrisome
