Their services are good, prices are very affordable, and rooms are cool but will be cooler if the renovation can be completed.

There's constant power supply, but the air conditioners are not powered except there's EEDC power supply or during the night when the bigger generator is on.

There are no remotes for the air conditioners, which makes it uncomfortable when the room gets extremely cold.

Good place to be because the staff are hospitable, and the environment are clean, cool and good to stay. The prices/lodging fees are from N5000 upwards. The management are good. They have 24 hours power supply, good kitchen that can serve you whatever meal requested for as low as N1,500. It is a secured environment.

I love the location of this hotel, the street is quiet, the hotel environment is cool and they have neat environment.
The prices of this hotel is affordable and their workers are doing good in their services. Sometimes it is hard to even get a room in this hotel even on working days. You can get a very big room at 6k honestly.
The truth is that whatever you pay for in this hotel to lodge, you will get value for your money. They are really considerate In terms of room price.
They uses two generators(big one and small one), the small one is switched during the day when EEDC company takes Light, while the big one is only used at night to power all the ACs in the room.
If you need a room with good Ac, you gotta opt for 5,500k to 6k rooms upwards.

If you are on a budget and just need a place to rest your head after hours on the road then this could be it.

We got to the hotel at night and honestly when the manager was showing us the way there at 8pm, I thought I was going to be sacrificed. The building is several meters away from the express road and the road was narrow with virtually no street lights. The vehicle lights highlighted the laterite sand heeps on one side and shrubs on the other.

The hotel has a dance hall which is equipped with 2 snooker tables and a bar.

I walked into my hotel room and noticed a standing fan. However, I was certain the other rooms had ceiling fans. Somehow I knew it could not be for extra cooling. I looked up and sure enough there was a ceiling fan. Immediately I felt a mystery looming in this room of mine.

I turned the wall where switches are likely placed as you enter a room. I spotted the ceiling fan control. The cover was hanging on with its last breath. Seeing this, I still held a glimer of hope that the ceiling fan still worked. After all the plastic control was still perfectly attached.

I reached in and avoided electrocution. Turned the switch and the ceiling fan didn't respond..... it was dead. I could now put the mystery to rest.

I can say this about the hotel, the staff are respectful. The place is clean, safe and nothing went amiss with room cleaning.

Because even though the environment wasn't too beautiful, their services r still ok.
