I got to know about Aerologistic travels through a friend when I booked the wrong tickets and ever since then they have been the one in charge of my flight travels. Apart from there affordable prices, finding the right tickets&bookings. One thing I think that stands them out from others is there excellent customer service which a lot of brands are lacking. So far am really pleased with the services they have rendered to me and I hope it continues because if not I will definitely come back here to give a bad review. Lol

Very professional and efficient service

The service I received was quite good except for the attitude of the front desk official who was very impatient with me.
I was trying to locate the office and called the front desk. I asked the young man, who picked the call to give me directions. I tried to follow his descriptions but he was so impatient with me. He kept making rude sounds after each description knowing fully well that it was my first time of coming there. When I eventually got there, he even had the nerves to ask me "so you were person stressing me?"
Wow! This came from a front desk official.
I apologized and went about my own business.
That young man lacks professionalism and needs some brushing up.
Aside from that, every other service I received today was perfect.
