It was a nice experience, they are very hospitable.

Rude n severely understaffed. Male doctor is a real nice though

I'm very sick and got to CRI few hours ago, after checking me in, no body seen to be responsible. I asked what's going on but the receptionist rudly complained she has sent my data to the next person for examination before I see GP. Feeling very sick, I managed to wait because I do not have any more strength to go out. An hour later, she came to tell me that the doctor is not feeling well enough to see me. 🥵😭

Few weeks ago, I took my 4yrs old son because he has swollen lymph node on neck. The doctor was forcing me to go for MRI that cost N80k. And I must do it at Grandville opposite vgc. I think he is on commission by Grandville. We argued and we left to a pediatrician who gave us antibiotics and he is fine.

Went for a proper test and all the doctor did was take a physical look and prescribe drugs. When the symptoms still persisted and I had to call them, insisting I wanted a test, they opened up they didn’t have the facilities to.

I was at CRI VGC to make enquiries, l ask the receptionist if l could talk to a manager in the nursing department l was told they had none, it goes to show that people working there are working for nothing
