One thing I like about Lifecrest is that it's family oriented and dedicated with passion to areas of specialisation. The hospital arena is conducive, neat, safe with quality treatment, food, drinks, fruits and privacy. If it wasn't a hospital, it will pass for 'a home away from home' lol. Excellent place and highly professional.
Another thing that stands for me is the constant follow up to ensure everything is okay.

It was a heart warming experience about a week ago I visited Lifecrest Medical Service for an eye related problem I had at home. I got what I call brotherly, sisterly and compassionate hospitality service. Right from the entrance gate, to the reception and to the medical team, everyone gave my wife and I a professional service. I left the hospital very satisfied and okay in a very short period without any waste of time. I have fully recovered from the eye problem that took me to the hospital. Today, I can guarantee anyone that Lifecrest Medical Service is a sure life medical saving center.

Kudos to the medical team and head doctor in charge. I am ever grateful for the swift and immeasurable service I had during my time of visit to Lifecrest Medical Service. God bless you and do not be weary in your service to humanity.
Greetings to all.

I had a pleasant experience when I walked into Lifecrest Hospital, Lagos. Highly professional in all terms; top notch customer service while I made an appointment to see the Gynaecologist. Scheduling was easily done and a very experienced Doctor on ground to attend to patients. I'm honestly very impressed with Lifecrest and I recommend the hospital to all.

This is the best psychological hospital i have experienced in Nigeria. The first time I was diagnosed of having depression was in in Brooklyn USA. I laughed over it, believing that this is oyinbo diseases. When i came back to Nigeria life continues. Until i started losing interest in everything, just everything around me. Including my business. I just want to be alone. In fact i lost over N6m on a contract i carelessly signed without going through it. Until i had a family issue, and i consulted a doctor, who confirmed to me that i have a psychological problem. Although the doctor counsel me but it never worked. Since then i started looking for a psychologist in Nigeria. I met two of them and i was never satisfied with the medication they gave me. In fact, it worsen my situation, so i stopped the medication. The question now is, are we saying that we don't have a qualified psychologist in Nigeria? Do i have to go back to USA. What actually is even my problem. As i was watching a big brother Africa, one of the participant requested that she needs to see a psychologist and her wish was granted. After seeing the psychologist she became active in the house again. This made me know that we have them too, so i continued my search. I googled psychologist in Nigeria, no satisfactory results. To God be the glory, i got to lifecrest hospital through my HMO recommendation. The psychologist i met in the hospital, after all my story, she concluded that I have depression. Immediately my memory went back to what I witnessed in Brooklyn. Honestly they treated me in about six months and i am back on track again. This are things we take for granted in Nigeria, we had about so many suicides, i wonder what would have happened to me by now if am not fortunate to come across them (lifecrest). I will say a big thank you to the Dr who attended to my situation. For reference purpose, the name is Dr Ogonnaya. Thank you all, this is just a summary of my story on depression.

LifeCrest is by every standard a 5 star medical service center. Dr. Ndupu is an astute psychiatrist and medical practitioner. I rushed my sister in law there one very early morning and she was promptly attended to and in a few hours she was discharged to go home. Just last week they attended to my daughter very professionally. All these with very minimal cost. Both facility and staff are excellent. As I write this I’m in LifeCrest.
If your search leads you here, don’t think twice you’ll be in very capable hands. Thank you Dr. Ndupu. Please keep up the sacrificial work you’re doing.

So rude and money making centered, they don’t care about your well-being. Come to this place at the risk of being robbed cos that's exactly what these people are. I've never been to a place where a stupid policy of not letting patients know what they're paying for is being set

There is a trend of finding faults in your consumers instead of fixing up your faults and probably apologizing. Your accountant included a service I obviously denied in a piece of paper written with biro(like an amateur would do). I paid for every service that was rendered to me(including the ones you guys had no explanations for). And oh! I know better and that’s why I’m here telling people how you rip off your patients in the name of running a hospital.
For anyone reading this, these people will collect your money without any explanation to what they are excessively charging you for. No accountability whatsoever, a shame to the health service sector

Some of their staffs/Doctors are completely Rude
No manners and respect for their Client. How can a doctor be so useless to be asking stupid questions like hope you are keeping the baby. With no regards to the father of the baby there. Really didn’t want to cause a since. Pls The doctor that did a scan this weekend should be checked. When it’s comes to everything I’m not is mate. I repeat i choose not to say a word this weekend because the normal me I will curse him out.
