Cool and okay

Their customer service is poor and they need to improve on customer involvement.
I can't imagine I made payment 3 times via bank transfer because they do not have a company POS?
They failed to compile my bills to wholesome charge and I didn't have access to my lab test result.
It's fine that you are trying to use "Tech", but the laptop communication need to be printed out for the customer to see.

The admin staffs love to delay without reason too.

Waited for 2hours at the reception to see a doctor
Was told doctor was in the theatre

Why not employ more hands so that all doctors won't be in the theatre at the same time for 4 hours while other patients are waiting.
Had to go back home and came back in the evening as told by the receptionist because I needed to see a doctor that day

Some of us go to private hospitals because we want a prompt response as regards service delivery, I see no difference between this hospital and government hospitals.
Response to patients complain or urgency is so poor. Am disappointed to be sincere....

Very bad
The nurses don’t know how to address to patients and they takes time to attend to a dieing patient all the do is walk up and down please see to the complain and work on it

Customer service is the poorest I’ve ever seen, they waste time attending to client and the receptionists are totally rude set of people the nurses aren’t excluded.

Poor reception, I won't recommend this hospital for anything.
