Access Bank Plc Oba Akran Branch

One in million branch in Lagos.. I love to do my transactions and all my banking needs right here! The Manager in charge is down to earth, knows how to talk to we the customers and serious on her work too. No matter the situation she will take her time to calm it and solve it out. 3 consecutive times I've witnessed her solving customers needs and I was so amazed.👏 A word I picked from her speech was, 1 customer was seriously annoyed and exchanging words with a teller, this manager came with her hands on her chest pleading and said "please mum put the blame on me. I take responsibility on that please" and after she took her time to explain thing to the customer and the customer was speechless, she thanked her and the customer left with a happy face!
Good job to you Oba Akran branch team. You making banking safer for us and you've made us understood the need for us to save with bank!

A visit to Oba Akran branch grants you a swift customer service experience, great ambience, nice parking lot, and quick ATM delivery.

Navigation took me to governor's road Alausa instead of down to Oba Akran. On getting to the right location, the navigation still indicates I have 18 minutes to get to my destination! This needs to be looked into and correct.

This particular access branch is a good branch in respect to attending to customer affairs and reliability and efficiency of their ATM to dispensing clean bill notes

The ATM machine here also dispenses cash flawlessly without much wait, it equally dispenses in N500 notes.
