Great...very useful

One thing that should never be in this life is placing unprofessional people in critical positions especially in heathcare.

I came into this hospital with a child running a fever and got attended to by a doctor who spent half the consulting time watching Africa Magic Yoruba!!!

He instructed me to go run some blood tests in the hospital laboratory and bring the results for further evaluation and to decide method of treatment.

Can you believe that in the 20mins it took me, this guy had already closed for the day and left his duty post unattended to?!

He even passed by me while closing for the day to my own oblivion.

How do you end your shift and leave knowing the person to take over from you isn't around yet? Even knowing there's a pediatric patient that needs immediate treatment?

What was astounding is that he never took my child's temperature at all! Why, you ask? Because he was too busy paying attention to Africa Magic!!!

What kind of hospital is this?

The front desk attendants didn't even have the 'decency' to explain why I was not being attended to even after I had the results. I had to overhear them before I knew what was happening!

This hospital is a sham and I'm appalled!

The staff are uncourteous, rude, lack empathy and totally untrained in simple customer experience skills!

To cap it, I also witnessed in total amazement how a nurse was being rude to the relative of a patient on admission and even raising her voice!

To think I was referred by a trusted friend is what I can't get over. I feel more than hurt!

I can't wait to complete our treatment (we might even not!) and make sure never to cross paths with them.

And ofcourse, I don't plan on making the mistake of referring them to anyone, not even my enemy!

These are not caregivers at all but tormentors and torturers!!!!
