这地区是人口密集点，有了99 speedmart便利店，买些日常用在方便不过了，而且价钱廉宜，比许多大型购物连锁店的还便宜，是选购柴米油盐的理想商店。

I am disappointed with the behavior of the staff member at the cashier. When I was making a payment for my purchases, the staff member requested exact change and I unfortunately did not have any coins. He then asked why I did not keep coins in my purse in a laughing tone. Although I apologized, he said something that was unclear to me due to his mask, and then mumbled something to himself. Suddenly, he said "Belah la," which surprised and shocked me. At first, I thought he said it to a staff member who was standing next to me arranging things. However, after he gave me my purchases, he said "Belah la" again, and I realized that he was directing it at me. I was furious and asked him if that was how he treated customers. He sarcastically replied that I did not have a sense of humor to accept the joke. I told him that I was not his friend or relative. As I was leaving the shop, I could still hear him mumbling something behind me.

I would like to urge the management to train their staff members on customer service before placing them in retail positions. Although they may only be cashiers or storekeepers, their behavior can significantly impact the business.

No manners cashier that my kids went to purchased ice cream just now after she scanned all the ice cream bar code just leave all ice cream without put all ice cream into the plastic bag provided then leave the plastic for kids only.... 1st bad experience at 99 speedmart.
