Nice workers

as the former 7-eleven store crew in this store, i would not recommend anyone to work here for some reasons:

- working schedule is very confusing and not flexible at all, imagine you’ve been working night shift from 9-5am and then you have to work the afternoon shift later from 3pm-11pm, and the schedule could just change with just sudden notice, imagine going to work unprepared where your working hours are scheduled earlier than it supposed.
- i’ve been working here for quite long and i noticed that the manager could just treat us so badly and rudely even after serving 8 hours++ and did not even show any appreciation towards us as a workers here.
- this 7e store is weird as we have to give 1 month notice to quit working whereas other outlet could just give a 2 weeks notice of resignation and there is also possibility that your resignation letter will not be approved.
- there’s time where i have to take emergency leave and the manager won’t allow it and instead wanna give an unpaid leave.
- also, there’s days where i was left working alone for night shift doing loads of works without having any staff to replace my absence partner.

There's Rude boy worker there

Sebab:
1. kerja 2 kali ganda lagi penat dari store 7e yang lain walaupun gaji sama
2. elaun malam tak ada, kalau kerja malam tak dapat bonus
3.kalau kerja part time gaji lambat masuk, kalau full time management anggap pekerja macam kuli teruk(kerja sampai 12jam atau 8 hari seminggu)
4.gaji tidak seperti yg dijanjikan(kurang dari Rm1200)
5.jadual kerja(shift) yang mengelirukan
7.cuti perayaan kena kerja overtime dan tak ada bonus untuk bekerja semasa cuti perayaan melainkan overtime
8.manager yang pekerjanya dengan kasar

#jangan bekerja di store 7 eleven ini. kalau nak cari kerja juga, cari la store 7 eleven yang lain

Lelaki yang berbadan besar (cashier)kurang sopan bila bercakap ..keje sambil lewa

sila upgrade kedai dan masuk banyak jenis makannan panas dan seperti sanwich atau origini dan ada banyak jenis makannan menarik seperti Kuala Lumpur，thx
