Today night 20Nov2022, 21.49pm i went this 99 speed mart located at taman Puteri Wangsa 2148-JH TAMAN PUTERI WANGSA. I part my car beside the shop,from outside i saw 3 indians grils were taking very loudly. The two girls were moving goods outside the shop. Other 1 girl sitting at cash counter.

1 malay man checking or stock check the cigarettes at the second counter. I enter the shop and the 2 packet of biscuits and come to counter to pay the bill.The indian girl ask u need plastic bag ? I answered yes i need. I give RM10 and she return bal money to me. She straight away serve other indian customer. I requested girl put my goods in side plastic bags. She suddenly shouted to me why now u requested bag just now never tell. I very humble say ; just now i already requested u never pay attention to me. You keeping shout with your

colleague. Behind me a indian lady and Chinese woman queue up. The staff use bad words on me and embarassing infront all customer.I feel very angry and shame standing there and immediately leave from there. I requested to management must take serious action on the particular girl and send her to personal counseling. I hight recommend teach the girl how respects behave to customer relations. If management never take action sure speed mart name slowly drop and customer won't support your busines. Fyi kindly refer CCTV footage. 2nd requested; before required new staff kindly monitor their behaviour and attitude. Your staff attitude very worsted make me angry. Human resources Branch Manager pls take action.
