Eco-Shop @ Plentong

I am not sure who is the manager in charge of this outlet but I can't give enough praise for the professionalism, etiquette and overall surroundings of this outlet. Unlike other shops who have boxes full of random items in the middle of the aisles blocking them, the items at this store are always neatly organized and in their rightful place. Besides this, the staff that work at this outlet display excellent customer service and are usually doing their work rather than playing on their phones or devices. A few weeks back, when I was heading into the store to get a belt for my 8 year old, a staff member first led me to the area where they were sold. Then, upon finding the belts, we realized that they were in adult sizes. Another staff member then came with a tool to help us adjust the belt to my son's size. Although this may be a small shop, the staff here have understood the key to making a business succeed : hard work with a smile. Please keep up the good work.

Not so busy during mco. Parking easy to find. Lots of stuff but if you're unlucky there's the day where they got no items left(popular ones)

Crowded with many products to choose. Feel free to ask their staff for assistance if you need one.

Many choices and full of stock....tidy.....easy parking, after shopping outside got delicious food 😂

Lots of options to buy, easy parking, and I really want to mention the hawker who sells keropok lekor across this Eco-Shop cos their keropok lekor is so good you should try it.

If you come on peak hour. There's will no parking. Parking limited over here. Come when not busy.
