What a very nice service from one of their staff ! I don't know her name but her work partner call her 'put'. She's very kind to inform me and educate me about my order. very kind and soft spoken. Would like to come again next time.

Typical family mart but not much. But it still okay. Only one worker on weekend night :(

Although i would say lots of choices were out of stocks but the staffs are friendly. They took and explained my order properly.

Went to Family Mart tonight at 12 January, 00.23 am, the cashier (girl) with such unfriendly attitude told me that they don't do "Warm food service " with unreasonable excuses even tho she saw me carried the foods all the way to cashier place and give me an order to put all them back. What a joyful place indeed. The services suck big time, please do better!

Honestly they had the worst staff , especially a girl named Farhana. She should never work in customer service. She is not professional at all. does not treat customer the way it should be. Always giving a side eye not friendly at all.

Waiting at cashier around 20 minutes but didnt see staff at the store. Time 1.30pm

Staff TIDAK menjalankan tugas dengan baik dan amanah. Pada pukul 11.20am 29 jan 2024 sy telah menggunakan apps grab utk order di family mart, tetapi ada beberapa makann yg sy order itu tiada dan staff tidak inform pd sy dan lebih mengecewakan staff perempuan tersebut telah memandai2 menambah order makanan lain yg sy tidak order.. sy cuba beberapa kali utk cancel order tp tak berjaya dan terpaksa menelefon pemandu grab utk bercakap dgn staff tersebut. Maaf pd abg grab krn sikap tak bertanggungjwb staff family mart tersebut telah menyusahkn beliau

Order set ramen melalui grab tapi dapat ramen kosong je. Kepada pekerja yang berkenaan shift malam (23/10/23) kalau penat, tak boleh baca order, jangan kerja f&b.

Very Bad attitude indian girl .. HARCHANA STAF SUPERVISOR tapi ckp dgn Customer muka mcm nk mintk Kene sepak.. jgn la simpan staff biadap mcm ni . ni ke supervisor ?? Ckp dgn Customer tapi buat buka mcm sial !!

Bad services satu Hal . Pastu semua benda takde stok . Staff kerja nak meradang je . Kau yang penat keje , Customer pulak yang kena marah . Kalau tak tahan keje f&b blah je lah . Bukannya ramai cust Pon . Aku sorang je . Aku order 1 makanan je . Auto TAKDE (SAMBIL BUAT MUKA) . LAIN LA KALAU AKU ORDER KOREAN CHEESE RAMEN 10 SET .
