Bought 34 inch Mi Curve Gaming Monitor here at RM1,999. No discount. But the staff Zahirah (Zaza) and Suresh are very polite and helpful. It was a pleasant experience dealing with them. 5 star for the good service.

Excellent service and extremely helpful staff.

Was getting an Air Purifier 4 Lite, but was planning to check in on flight so needed to package it. The salesperson, Kim was very polite and helpful throughout the process. All the enquires were addressed and assisted by allowing us a space to package it and helping out with the packaging process.

Brand new store, so it's nice and novel! ^^ I've always been a fan of Xiao Mi, so having a brick and mortal store where we can go to and check out the items prior to buying is a definite plus. The stock here is still limited due to the fact that they're still new though. Even so, they've managed to bring in most of the xiao mi models in addition to a few items I didn't even know Xiao Mi sold, like the foldable mi bike and mi merchandises. Price-wise it's comparable to getting xiao mi online, but I suppose it's even better since you'll be getting it from the source instead of a second-party seller, so the warranty will be with Mi Malaysia. Honestly, Xiao Mi phones are really good. I have yet to be disappointed with my redmi models.
