Brilliant service, connection from Pandang Besar to Hat yai. They provided guidance, lifts to both customs checkpoints and very nice staff and vehicles.
They start at 6am when the border opens much earlier than the first train which is useful if your taking a bus onward.

Excellent service. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will certainly using their service again.

Very very simple hotel. Just for simple overnight

If you were to travel to Hatyai less than 10person then better don't take their van cz they have to wait until the van is full before they depart... I ask the person ahead of time whether need to wait or not as if need to wait i rather take the other car which need to pay extra RM30 only (but no need wait),the incharge said no need..At the end i waited more than 30min until the van fully booked. Very disappointed,not trustworthy..They should have tell if need to wait.

Service out! Missed out of given information to the customer. Please improve

后悔没有看之前人的评论再决定坐不住这公司的车，如果你去合艾人数不够10人，会在海关后等满车等到天荒地老。浪费太多时间。而且没有直接通关的服务了，现在要下车排队过关。这钱给的不值。
