I go during lunch hour so there's a lot of working people buy coffee here but the service is fast !Friendly staff , nice 👍 Bought cookies & cream frappe , buttercream latte. Both are so delicious . Love cookies & cream frappe with chocolate drizzle !

Love to order here, i like their Vanilla Latte with the choice of Indonesia bean. Very recommended to those who loves their coffee strong.. and sweet! Staff also very helpful.

Overall saya puas hati dengan servis dari staff Gigi coffee mitc ni. Friendly and good attitude. Air pun sedap 😚. Perempuan yang kerja pun cantik² ye. Patut la saya selalu singgah 🤣.

Overall air kami semua tawar!

2 staf bekerja lelaki dan perempuan. Staff perempuan nama asyikin @ asyira ambil order dgn keadaan tak mesra langsung. Muka ketat, suara keras. Tanya soalan pun jawab nak taknak.
Staff lelaki (tak tau nama) buat order.

Gigi memang tak ada SOP ke untuk buat order? Kenapa kumpul 4-5 order buat skali gus. Contoh customer no 1, 2 & 4 order caramel creme, jadi mereka combine order dalam 1 blender, skali jalan. Mmg SOP nya begitu ke?

Masa yang diambil sangat lama. Staf lelaki buat order saya sampai 2 kali salah. Staf perempuan pun sy nampak buat order salah dan cuci semula cup dan gunakan cup yg sama untuk buat order yang baru. Seriously?
Bila saya tanya kenapa lama sangat kena tunggu? staf perempuan cakap tak cukup staf. Ok fine tak cukup staf tapi itu bukan alasan untuk salah buat order sampai 2 kali. Walaupun dah di tegur!
Dah lah langsung tak minta maaf! First & last la dtg sini
