I ordered 2 sets of cream puff and together with mix of tarts. I wanted to bring to an event. But when i taste the cream puff, its a bit hard and crunchy. not as soft as previous one. So i texted the staff abt it. As i thought the staff would just say sorry, she instead, offer for a swap. It makes me feel little ease. Then when lalamove came, he told that it was just one order with no return. I called the staff, the staff told to keep the remaining. It was very kind of her and I am so satisfied and happy with the service and how professional this is. Thank you so much for such amazing service!
