Serama Boutique Cafe

I love the food at Serama Boutique Cafe. The lady boss Fauziah cook with passion. If you are alone, you can try her Laksa so tasty. It is run by a mother and son therefore they are short of manpower so please book in advance and preorder the dishes or else you have to wait. Fauziah will always asked for customer feedback and do her best to make things perfect. This place is highly recommended for everyone. The entire place full of decorative items and beautiful and it is great for photo taking.

I like most is the cafe ambience. Secondly the owners and staff are very friendly. Thirdly food served all look very appetising, artistic and of course delicious . Will come again definitely.

A gem nestled near the golf courses (Tiara, AKCC, Orna) in Ayer Keroh. Beautifully flavoured dishes, spot on in taste n presentation. The ambience in cafe is that of charming Melaka (very clean too). Lovely for a get together w friends to chill. Menu also has Western spaghetti n fish n chips.
If you are travelling along NSE, this place is perfect for excellent food without having to go into Mlk city. Do call first. (My Baba husband says it serves the best nyonya laksa he has eaten in 2023). Well done. Will come again!

A newly opened cafe with interesting decor, very good service n food is certainly reasonable in terms of size n portion. A must try here is the asam pedas n masak lemak cili api (duck n seafood)

Excellent food for both price and quality!! Location is perfect as it's outside of Malacca town and is peaceful and pretty. TOP MUST HAVE - Ayam Goreng Berempah!! Local malay cuisine are all on point! 👍 Family friendly restaurant and very instagrammable Cafe and nicely presented food!

A must stop over during your trip to Malacca and we will definitely be back!

This is an update of my earlier review as Serama Boutique Cafe (SBC) has moved out of the old city to its new premises in Durian Tunggal. Think big open spaces - lots of greenery from the surrounding hills, outdoor trees and indoor plants.

The menu has retained a few favourites - ayam salai lemak cili padi (smoked chicken in a spicy turmeric curry) and seafood udon laksa. Both made me miss the food as I am from KL. We also tried the Ayam Goreng Berempah (does not lose out to warungs), Claypot Asam Pedas Siakap and Rendang Ayam Dendang Perantau (a new rendang dish to celebrate Hari Raya). All the dishes including the rice are a feast to the palate and eyes. I cooled myself down with a Virgin Mojito and a Lemon asamboi cooler.

SBC certainly does not disappoint with the food served and its green surroundings. Our trip was certainly worth it.

A hidden jem @ Jonker Street. For all cafe hoppers do give your support to this newly opened hidden cafe located near Masjid Kampung Kling. It's a muslim owned cafe, the owner Mr Fauzi and wife Fauziah was super accommodating.

For any antique collectors do give them a visit as they are also selling their personal antique items. They do have a private space at level 2 for small events and big groups who visits their cafe. It was an experience to know that Ms Fauziah was born and raised at the building itself. Do drop by to give them your support.

Don't confuse with the entrance and infront area looks like ruin down,
But the inside very nice, air-conditioned, nice deco and concept.
Important thing is the food here very nice

Cozy and peacefully. Owner was friendly though. Far from havoc of jonker street area. Food was decent and less choices. But drinks are awesome. Recommended to have ice blended drink in the house.

A hidden gem. Auntie Fauziah Loo a muallaf owns this shop. Tried their Ayam Salai. Marvelous. Kuah padu. Worth the price. 👍👍👍. Will be coming again later.

Absolutely fantastic food. Best laksa in the whole of Melaka. Why waste your time battling the traffic in town when this wonderful little cafe with ample parking is quietly serving the best meal you've ever had in Melaka? Try the ayam rempah and beef rendang too! Everything slaps!

Perfect ambience - private, quiet and warm, perfect for those who are averse with crowds. A little hidden away, since it's situated away from the main street. Definitely the right spot for those who seek for a nice break from the hectic Jonker Street.

Clean and comfortable, well arranged. Seats are a bit limited, though, but understandable for a small cafe like this one. Decorated with lots of local culture's antique finery.

The coffee is freshly grinded - strong with acidic aftertaste, with a nice touch of unique flavor (which I absolutely LOVE) that suits well for the local tastebud. The pricing is very reasonable (my cup of black coffee costs RM8).

Very friendly service - the owner herself served me with a warm welcome.

My personal verdict: easily 5/5, I'd definitely come back here for more as a regular.

Interesting fittings. Host is so friendly and entbenthusia. Definitely will go back again. We had a snow ice which is so refreshing.
