Ah Liang Kopitiam

This is an unassuming place with a nasi lemak stall (located inside) and another noodle stall located at entrance. I had the Vietnamese rice noodle soup with fish, after hearing a few workers speak Vietnamese. In my view, the clear broth with a dash of added nuoc maam (fish sauce) gave this a fresh tasty unlike local fried fish noodle. The fish is lightly fried and without bones which is great for kids (and adults). Served with shredded vegetables as dish and garnishing. Love it....The noodle also operates the kopi tiam drinks and they moved from Vietnam 15 years ago, and able to speak mandarin. I would recommend this. Wish the coffee was the Vietnam drip style.
