The uncle and aunty running the shop are knowledgeable and helpful in giving right advise . I had issues with ants and lizards and their advise always worked for me .

It's a great little hardware store that carries a lot of DIY items. The best are the friendly and knowledgeable uncles who are happy to share tips as to how to fix things in the house. Had a blocked drain which didn't clear with the usual decloggers and they helped me and saved me some time to arrange for a plumber to come.

Very kind cashier lady who helped us with a car key issue. She was patient, didn’t rush us, and even let us use her tools and helped give us suggestions to figure it out. Would highly recommend a visit.

Ok they don't have everything but they have a lot and, the most important, they are friendly and know their products. One of my favorite DIY shops in SG.

Some of the items here are outrageously priced. I bought 3 pieces of LR1130 type button batteries for $10.5. Turned out the same brand same type is $7 for 10 pieces online ! Including shipping ! I understand brick&mortar stores have higher costs hence price , but five times the online price?

Bought the step down transformer from the store and the staff taught me how to use it. However, the transformer burnt and smoke coming out of it. My electric heat pad worth S$100 cannot be used now. Contacted their main office but they ignored my request for refund.

Extremely rude, self righteous and irresponsible. Only knows how to question customers and forward faults to suppliers. I suggest you train your staff, if the boss is the one replying, train yourself. Be as argumentative as you want, since you have a good history of it. Reflects to consumers your appalling attitude and incorrigible service.

Such a horrible experience at zener today! I entered the store wanting to buy some hardware supplies and when I got a little confused between the two products and the guy just started shouting and getting angry at me! He was like don’t you go to school? Do you know how to read? “You obviously go to school so you should know how to read. Stop asking so many questions and read properly” was his exact words. I felt so shocked at that moment I didn’t know what was I say. When someone comes to your store to ask for advice you should help them not get annoyed and angry. Have actually been going here for a while but never encountered this guy. But definitely not going back.

Rude and condescending aunty who hard sells her products. Never coming back
