Hello Sake lovers, please do try "Gokyou" from Iwakuni, Yamaguchi pref. where is from the same city with Dassai brewery. The Gokyou is made of all local water and rice. The local water is used soft water from Iwakuni's proudly clear river "Nishiki river" plus Yamada-Nishiki rice made by local rice farmer. One of truly local-made Sake!
The name "Gokyou: is from five arched Bridge "Kintaikyo/錦帯橋" over the Nishiki river in Iwakuni City. Please do check Kintaikyo so you will notice the reason of naming. Gokyo is recently awarded in Sake competition and the quality is guaranteed to make you enjoy Sake drinking 👌
