Perlis State Public Library

Good, comfortable, calm, clean, tidy. Very good for studying and doing assignments. So many kind of books, computers and tablets are available and useful for everyone. The place is also kids-friendly, there is kids zone in. Dispenser water is available. Surau and bathroom are available and clean. There are two floors there. Hope can visit there everyday~~

It is a great place to sit down, read or work on your laptop (free wifi is available) or watch news/read newspapers 😊. While on one side it is still a bit traditional (you ll have to take off your shoes to enter, can't bring your bag inside....), the interior is well-organized and made for a peaceful study/work. There are dedicated sections for kids library, digital library (with some tablets amd computers), praying area and so on. As most Malaysian libraries, this is also a bit tool cold 🤠 (never figured out why).

You can find some lockers (ask receptionist for the key) to store your valueables.
The counter staff is helpful. I personally liked it. Try it yourself and appreciate the little beauty in the tniy state of Malaysia ❤

Pesta buku 2023 kat library kangar. Orang ramai kali ni. Tarikan zoo dinosaur rasanya..

Memang best la libry ni ! Tandas bersih, surau ada, aircond sejuk, mmg selesa untuk ulangkaji lah kt sini.. buku2 pun banyakk, kelengkapan semua elok, yg bestnya semua free, daftar ahli pun free, tiap2 mnggu saya mai sini, saya dri kedah mai perlis sbb libry sini best nk study hehehe ! You should come here tau !
