Walaupun panel, staf kaunter agak kurang mesra. Tak sabar nak rehat pukul 1pm kut, sedangkan ada sejam lagi. Dan takda customer lain pun. Nasib baik buat scaling anak cepat. Dan ada banyak masa lagi sebenarnya pun lepas tu.

Really bad experience, they refused to treat my daughter because they said they are already close but that time is only 5.30pm. but i saw at the door, the operation time is until 10.00pm. i came back from work and hurry go to clinic and that happened, so i have to buy painkiller to my daughter. So disappointed

Bad experience. Set an appointment but the dentist only showed up half an hour later. when i asked why am i made to wait for 30min, the staff just answered “memang macam ni”. Staffs are rude and talk to you condescendingly. My father had his bridging done here and it came off after few weeks. Government clinics provide better service than this clinic.

Salah 1 sbb knp sy ke klinik dental swasta adlh sb sy xda masa utk ke klinik dental kerajaan semasa office hour. Masalah sy adlh infected impacted wisdom tooth. But they refused to give me any referral letter to hosp for removal. Why did u work as a dental if u refused to help ur patient? Weirdo!

not recommended. service quite bad.. last visit to the clinic was very unpleasant experience. in a week, need to go to other clinic for the same treatment. also, the cost is expensive.

Not a good clinic for children.Doc refused to treat my children.They even asked in prio if your children able to give cooperation (bad way to impress your customer ya).Waiting area very hot.No fan or aircond.

Staf pompuan melayu badan besar tu berlagak nak mampus.
Staf lain pun kurang ajar main baling ubat.
Lebih baik support klinik bangsa lain yg lagi sopan.

Tolong percayakan review 1 bintang di page ni.menyesal x baca review dlu sebelum mai. Dah terkena. Staff, attitude out. Tengok kita atas bawah, layan x layan. Ruang menunggu panas, ttup semua aircond and kipas. Mahal x berbaloi tapi kerja cincai

Minta owner klinik tengok staf front desk.. kurang adab, siap ketuk meja. Tanya macam mintak gaduh. Silap tak baca review dulu sebelum masuk klinik.. klinik kosong tapi tak panggil2 masuk..
