Pergi Ambank Jitra, 21/11/2022 untuk buka account. What i can say, good and pleasant experience. From security guard sampailah staff, all i can say is very good. Guard akan ambilkan nombor untuk customer dan akan pass kan kepada customer. Waktu menunggu pun tidak lama. Staff yang handle urusan saya juga sangat membantu. All staff very presentable, kemas and helpful. Kepada brother yang handle urusan saya di kaunter 9, thank you so much for your service. Also the staff were friendly. Pleasant experience😊

bad experienced today... went around 1430hr and no customer service... waited so long... and i go to the counter... all 3 staff busy typing... no one greet or ask what i need... and smile of course not... where your SPP people... and one guy ....i guest body guard just stand inside and repeating peeping thru the door which is anoyying... and no. of customer at that time just 3 include me... i guest this bank is bias... when some people came they entertain very well.. maybe higherclass.. i know maybe that customer service went for solat jumaat..but can they replace somebody... no explaination.... wasting time...
