Down to earth and hardworking couple running the restaurant with no helper. So cannot expect personalized service. Simple Chinese dishes. All our dishes are well cooked and very tasty (not too salty). Our children finished all their food and asking for more. Big portion. We ate to our fullest and paid RM116 for 5 dishes. Come early or expect to wait.

A small restaurant but excellent food. Our service was fast and as ordered. They use the most tasty onions we have had. For those who like beer, they have it but is not cold. Minor issue. Well worth the walk. Price is very fair.

A simple restaurant away from the regular tourist strip of Cameron highlands. Enjoyed the food disheds here ordered fried rice, Kam hiong pork and vege. Highly recommend . Skip the jam.

Nice and humble hometown dishes, honest priced and freshly cooked. So yummy…enjoy so much.

“Zhi char” food at its best and at amazingly low price. We had a huge plate of fried rice, stir fried cabbage, sweet potato leaves (tender!), har geong mantis shrimp (I am still dreaming of this dish), sweet and sour pork (the kids polished off this one), a huge bowl of pork rib soup with watercress, malacca noodles, and not one dish was bad. Complex flavours of lemongrass and curry leaves for some of the dishes, all cooked to perfection. All for… hold it… RM107 😳😅

Friendly owner. Nice food. Big portion. Cheap. Cantonese saying "pheng leng zheng"! Can say one of the best chinese restaurant in Tanah Rata. A bit of flies flying around while i was eating but hey, almost everywhere in Cameron Highlands have flies flying around. Worth recommending and will definitely visit again.

Easy to reach with Waze or Google maps, located at the residential area with business units around ground floor. The boss is attentive to recommend the dishes just enough as they hope the customer can finish and appreciate the meal.

Run by a young couple. Good and delicious food. Friendly people. Had simple food this time. They serve good soup for dinner.

This place was for us the best place to eat in Tanah Rata. The prices are amazing and the quality of the food is really good. We went there for almost every meal during our stayed. The portions (even the small) are big enough for 1 person.

A restaurant frequented by the local folks. Located in a housing area. Nice food and reasonable price. The restaurant serves special vegetables dishes sourced from the local farm. Notable dishes: ginger onion venison, fried Asparagus bean.vDo ask the lady boss for other recommendations.

We dine here twice though our hotel is at Brinchang. Food is delicious and price is very reasonable. The place is neat and clean. Can drink tea and relax after meal. The lady helps us with the selection of dishes. Very good recommendations ✨ 😊

Hidden gem that I would definitely like to revisit again. Food is more of homecooked style with relatively small selection of seafood which assures good quality. Price is super good and hopefully it stays that way!

Serves mostly locals and most tourists won't know this place. Price is very reasonable and food is good compared to those restaurants on the main road.

Small restaurant but Good "wok hei". Overall all the dishes tried are good. Reasonable price. Will visit again.

This store provides basic chinese which i think its enought for me since i din't actually expect it to be very delicious with the low price but out of my is that its quite tasty even with low price .
