Clean and smell fresh. Very near to the apartments and hotels so convenient for the guests to go and do their laundry. The machines are all new and up to date.

Open 24 hrs, near to most of the stay home. Use 2 12 kg dryer, one of the dryer, all the clothing totally dry, another one some clothing not dry. Second time there, no more coin for exchange. Many groups of user are disappointed.

Operation hour bad. Open late, closed early

So many machine not working. No detergent or softener smell after the wash. The dryer also not working properly even after 42 min, the clothes still damp. Please do not wash here. Just drive and wash at other place. Looks like they didnt even bother to maintain the washing machine here

Out of coin.. already done for laundry. Need to use for dryyer. Suddenly out of coin. Cannot use mesin without coin. Try call customer service but no answer.. need to find other laundry..

No one answer the phone. Already put in the token, but the machine could not worked. Calling for at least an hour but no one answer. When I go in the next morning, the token had ran out, call for the care line but no one answer also. Suck services.

Poor service, 7pm said already closed! You guys better find other laundry shop.

Nobody answer the call! Having trouble with the dryer! I dont recommend at all.. Poor service by the operator Hotel Grand Heaven! I have to fork out extra money to change to another dryer. Freakin dissapointed!

Service teruk. Kalau boleh elakkan basuh di sini. Byk mesin rosak tak repair2. Lepastu dia tulis detergent dgn softerner di berikan tapi xdak.terpaksa teruskan dryer sebab dh basuh tapi baju tak bau wangi pun.

31 Ogos 2023. Jam 8.20 malam.
Selepas masuk duit, mesin tak jalan. Tak boleh refund.Tukar mesin lain, sudah siap, baju tidak bersabun. Careline bila telefon tak berangkat. Meniaga main-main. Menyusahkan orang betul.
