So far I am very satisfied staying at HomeValley Homestay Tambunan,Sabah...

there is a beautiful view of the village, breathing fresh air, cool breeze. quiet atmosphere.

the distance from the town center is not far.
I have stayed here 4 times since before the pandemic. Reasonable price and affordable. comfortable, there is a mop like the type of room provided. starting with a room with
2 queen beds,
1 queen bed,
triple bed and
double bed.

We loved it here. We just found the guesthouse on our way and were warmly welcomed by John. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable! We felt like home immediately and extended another night. Super recommendable the food market in town.

We stayed in room 3 with the paddy field view and it was spectacular! The greenish paddy along with the hills in the background gave me such a longing feeling to live in village. Great for releasing tension due to workloads or other problems. Suitable for family or friends outing because there is bbq appliances provided in the homestay next building. Looking forward to be there again in the future!

Very well equipped, clean with a nice balcony overlooking a rice field. We stayed at Room 1. Kitchen facilities and dining place were available too. Highly recommended for families.

Amazing place to stay in Tambunan. The rooms offered provides comfortable stay, every money paid is worth it. Me and family stayed in the RM80 room and it has 3 single beds complete with heater, kettle, aircon, basic astro channel (Byond) and bathroom. The reception are great help and friendly. Nice stay.

best hotel in Tambunan, no doubt. Not only this price is reasonable, but also have the “kampung” vibes if you get what i mean. The best budget hotel you can find in Tambunan. I will stay here if i have the chance to go Tambunan again.

Location is very close to Tambunan town centre with paddy & mountain view. Room is very clean and spacious given the price.
