Borneo Kiim Resort

I just love the view, the pool especially the private tent, the ever tentative receptionist even though he was alone,he was able to attend all his guests (hopefully he will have good reward by the management-the one that is working on 23rd Dec 2023 afternoon). Also all the staff on the following day were very friendly. Just that the route to come here is just a little bit challenging but you will arrive eventually. For sabahan,you should at least be here.

The weather here is cooling and not too far KK city. It is worth it come here just for the view alone as it is gorgeous any time of the day.

Recommended and will surely return to stay whenever I go to Tambunan next time.
Once arrived, you can actually forget for a while that you are still in Sabah -they got this Bali vibes that I really love.

Weather is cold, so much like Kundasang, no need to turn on the fan at night, got natural air cond (16°C).

Friendly staff, clean and beautiful place.
Food was great too - we got dinner homestyle served, though breakfast was individualy served and not the buffet style.

The only complain is that I hope the road leading there will be improved over time, because it is still gravel and red soil, in some area was quite steep and dangerous.

One more thing, don't forget to bring mosquito patch/spray, the resort is in a jungly area so expect to be visited by this tiny creature.

A very good experience to stay inside a tent with a bed.

The resort quite far, but, this is a nice place for stress relief@take a break from worklife. You can enjoy a very good view of sunset, as the resort is somehow higher than the ViewPoint.

Service:
The service is "tip top", and my family very happy with the hospitality provided. The arrangement has been done very well ~ the room has been arranged as per request (due to senior citizen cant walk too far@stairs).

Dinner:
~ the food is very good and the portion@quantity matches the price.
~ Taste special especially home made drinks.
(Highly recommended: special gourmet set).

Room:
it is tent, without door. some may feel unsafe, but thats how the feeling should have, when u go camping. Just relax, feel NATURAL.

Suggestion For Resort :
~ provide safety box inside the tent.
~ provide some healing activities, outdoor activities, simple indoor games, SPA / massage service.

I love the place, staff is very friendly & helpful..The only downside was the road going into the resort is gravel & when it rains it will be very slippery.
