Very good experience. Alan was very easy to communicate with, explained exactly what was needed . The installation team also did a fantastic job, very neat and cleaned up after. I requested for hacking to conceal the piping, all done as requested. Price also reasonable, would definitely recommend them!

Contacted them to service my existing airconds. Not only did they service them, they also fixed some shoddy work done by the previous installer.

Requested for my compressors to be wall mounted and the workmanship was amazing. tidy routing and everything concealed with plastic tubing and superlon.

Tools and materials were always placed neatly when inside the house. They even cleaned up all the debris and brought it away with them.

Cannot recommend them enough!

I googled and found this shop which located in a housing area at Puncak Alam. Contacted Alan and requested for aircond prices. He quickly provide the required info to me. The next day, I decided to get more info from him.

Alan did a good job explaining the aircond types and brands. From his story, I know they have broad experiences in aircond business.
He also provided some pros and cons to all my questions.

Finally I decided to purchase Panasonic Deluxe 2.5HP Inverter for my living and 1HP Inverter for my master bedroom.
Installation took place on the same day! Lucky that Daiko (I dont know the installer guy name) was not busy on that day. The installation for both airconds had completed within 2.5 hours.

I have no worries for future aircond services as I can call them to do for me. Thank you Alan and team!

Professional service provided by Alan and team. Ah Heng did a fantastic job in installing 6 air-conditioners within a short span of time and communicated well throughout the whole installation period.

Great experience buying aircond with this shop. Explain the pros n cons of each brand. Requested to have aircond install on the same day and Alan delivered! In the evening, installer came and did a clean and quick job. I give this shop 10 stars!! Everyone nearby puncak alam should give this shop a try.

Contacted with Mr. Alen late Thursday to request installation on Saturday morning. Thought of not getting their service but thank god they manage to fill in my slot as requested.

Installation was super neat! And as per what i wanted (Not to disclose the wiring/casing part). After installation completed they would also clean the affected area. Kudos to the team! BTW guys, dont think twice of getting their service, just go for it!

This is another update! Went to this shop today and bought a Panasonic Water Heater. Installation was set right after i bought it. It was super fast and neat! The installer would also clean all the mess, which is a plus point! Kudos again! For those in Puncak Alam and require neat installation, please do contact this shop! You’ll never regret it!

Exceptional service from Alan from start to the end. He was friendly, meticulous in explaining the product and patiently listening to the customer needs. Interestingly, we completed the whole transaction virtually! I ended up purchasing a panasonic premium aircond (FYI, they are the authorised distributor). When it comes to installation, they did not sub-con the work to others as they have their own expert installer (Ah Heng). He was splendid and very experienced (i was told he had 30 years of experience). His finishing was very clean and he is extremely focused when installing the unit. All in all, kudos to Alan and his team. No regrets and highly recommend everyone to give them a try. Trust me, they are warm, honest, highly approacheable and don't hard sell at all. These shops are hard to find these days.

Order 2nd time with this store. Service good. Appointment easily made and avail at most of the days. Ordered for 2nd Daikin 2.5 hp for the living room. so far so good.

Also, the price was affordable as we within our budget. Planning for 4 hrs for installing 2 units of aircond, and managed to get it done within the 4 hrs.
