Omar Bom is a name from way back in the 1970s and 80s. This Bihun Sup shop was one of the pioneers of the dish in the state of Kedah and was then located in the middle of town. This stall, called Bihun Sup Warisan Omar Bom, now located at a tiny shop adjoining a house, is the legacy of that original shop (which no longer exists). The Bihun sup here comes with a clear beefy broth along with all the beef parts you can name (and some you can’t 😉). While I would have preferred a bit more salt in the soup, that’s easily remedied with the soya sauce provided. Also remember to add the chilli to complete the dish. Recommended
