CrossFit Johor Bahru

Had the pleasure of taking a few classes here during my visit. The coaches are extremely welcoming. The box is small but well laid out and classes are kept to a low number to ensure everyone has a spot. Grace is a great coach! Took time to demonstrate movements, helped scale movements for each person, and even challenged people to try a version a step slightly beyond their comfort. Thanks for the great experience! Highly recommend

Very neat and well organised crossfit class

Attended the RX session here for almost a month before the MCO 2.0. Had a real good time with great coaches and fellow members. Its really a value for calories burnt as the time spent here vs calories burnt is off the charts. Recommended for those trying to shed those extra kgs and to be fit overall. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Its not the place, it’s the system of workouts, the coach and the crowd that works. You could have the finest gym in the world but if nobody is motivating you, the gym won’t help!!

I haven’t tried it yet but visited the place .. Alexys is very welcoming and nice ..

Good quality of equipment

The box here is incredible! Everything feels brand new. My full review of this CrossFit is on the RX Fitness branch in Taman Perling. But this is the better facility.
