Had my scaling done today. Dr Chia is very gentle and professional, no pain at all. Thank you Dr Chia. Will come again after 6 months for my routine check up.

first time visit here. it was because went to another dental clinic which just few doors next to this, but was informed that no dentist on Saturday. imagine no dentist for the whole day especially Saturday. Then why open for business, better close on Saturday lah 😣

when I step in this Austin Dental, found many people are waiting but this clinic has ample of seats for customer. first question I asked how many dentist here. my expected answer is two. surprisingly I was told 4 "FOUR"😲 and further she explained that at least got 3 on duty daily. This really make up my mind to proceed for treatment here.

as I walked in without appointment, I have waited for nearly 2 hours and was the last customer. noticed many customer were made appointment earlier so they do not need to wait too long.

even I waited long, but I was happy with the services and time taken for denture which is much faster than another dental clinic.

Doctors are very gentle. My girl fell and knocked her teeth, Dr didn’t charge for checking and very gentle when talking to my girl. Best dentist at town

The cleanliness of the dental clinic impressed me. I was surprise to see that everyone including staffs and visitors must remove their shoes before entering the clinic. I brought my mum there for making new denture. The dentist was very understanding, she was able to squeeze in two separate visits into one. In total, we only need to visit the clinic 4 times in 3 separate days. As each time the different dentist attended to my mum. I did not ask for their names, apologies. However, all demonstrate high professionalism. So my mum did 8 teeth and it costed RM $800 which was very affordable as compare to Singapore due to currency exchange rate.

Extremely professional and experienced dentist. Did a wisdom tooth extraction today at the clinic and dr new was patient and knowledgeable.

Have been here many time to have treatments and checkups. All the staff from front desk attendant to Drs are very helpful and courteous in appointment making and explanation of treatments. Price listing are transparent and acceptable too

Thought I had a decay tooth, went for a check. Found out was gum infection instead. Dr Chong was gentle and caring. Best of all, the whole charges very reasonable.

Was very apprehensive about seeking dental treatment. Heard so many horror stories! As I’ve moved to Johor and I decided to seek a dentist nearby. Researched on the web and found Austin Dental. Professional doctor ( dr Sharon) ! We didn’t meet like her! Very kind and professional! I rate her as the best dentist in Johor. My son was very comfortable and did not feel any pain while she removed two teeth. I wish her all luck .

Dr new is a best doctor for remove wisdom teeth surgery, it’s not painful during surgery expect anaesthetic injection

Dr New did my braces when I was 19. Still my to go dentist now that I’m 27. Love that she gives thorough explanation on the condition of my teeth before performing any procedures on it. Patient and friendly
