I was guided by Miss. Aliya through every step of the way from the time I placed my online transaction ( and even notified me on a day she was off work) to get the cake on time. She is kind and has excellent skills in customer care. I would recommend Seasons Mount Austin for this.

To the staff name Patricia. please be polite and learn to say thank you. I don’t have hours to wait for you to pass me a receipt while you talking….

I make an order via foodpanda they accepted my order and they call me to inform the butter roll run out of stock. They ask me to change raisins bun but I have told her my family do not like it. They ask me to cancel my order from my apps but is not allowed. They ask me to prove it but why should I lied. I ask them to cancel and refund they said no. I heard the staff next to her said just give her whatever bread if she want to complain let it be. Is this how you to treat your customers? I wish you luck with this type of service level staff.

First time came here and get scolded by the staff here due to asking price of a cake. Only ask her once and get scolded. In the end I left the shop and bought a cake from another bakery shop nearby. So far I never tried the cakes and buns here. And I'll never come to Season anymore.
