Know this place thru a Spore show "Makan On Wheels ep1 JB".
It was a very hot sunny noon time when visited with my food hunter bestie on Eve of Gd Fri.
The aircon was so cool to blow away our hot flush.
Served by 2 friendly couples. Introduced their cakes to us with happy smile. Their watermelon juice was also so refreshing, good to drink to ease your thirst!
Only tried 3 cakes, will be back again!

Nice cozy cafe with rather surprising pastries. The staff was patient in introducing us to the various pastries on offer. We had the chocolate and water melon cake and to our surprise there is actual water melon in the cake.

Finally get to visit this highly raved cafe and it didn't disappoint. Much much better than the cafe next door in every sense (we visited both back to back)

We ordered two cakes they are so pleasing to the eyes, almost like artwork, taste wonderful well balanced in tanginess and sweetness. The biscuit base is still crunchy. Overall Texture is really perfect. We have tried similar pretty style of cake from Good Husband nearby at eco botanical, which was too sweet and texture not as good.

Matcha is en pointe. Will definitely come back again

Arrived at 4:20 pm on Friday, but the watermelon cake was already sold out, which was disappointing as that’s what I specifically came for. Nevertheless, I ended up trying the Rebena and Fuji cakes, and they were absolutely delicious! I really enjoyed them!

Their watermelon cake was interesting and refreshing. Loved how dense the matcha cake was. Their dirty matcha was also pretty strong so will be good for matcha lovers! Overall nice ambience. But it’s also ok the expensive side..

Dainty cakes that taste as good as they look. Love the lavender cake which was a refreshing mix of floral hints and a perfect balance between the chocolate ganache and yuzu compote!

A cosy place to have teatime. The cakes were quite good, not too sweet but the lattes too bitter and it doesn’t have much coffee bean taste, on the appearance side, it does look creamy but it has no milky taste.

Came on a weekday afternoon and the place was surprisingly quite full. Most people looked like they came to work from a cafe or have a work meeting. Thankfully there were still empty seats at the sofa for people who came to relax.

The selection of cakes was superb and everything looked amazing. The staff was patient in describing the cake and providing recommendations which was much appreciated.

I went with the rose watermelon cake as well as the Fuji cake. At 20RM per cake, I felt that it was well worth. Presentation, taste and textures of both cakes were excellent. One thing I would have preferred would for there to be more watermelon layer vs sponge cake layer. I was able to sit there and relax for a long while before proceeding to the next cafe.

Watermelon cake is very refreshing. Matcha cake is not too sweet. Relaxing environment.

Pastries and cakes are absolutely a delight to the eyes and the mouth! They are all very well made aesthetically that you might even feel it's a pity to break it up. Taste wise, we got the Fuji and Lavender cakes, both of which tastes great.

Overall, good vibes and good place!

A very cosy cafe with lots of beautiful mini cakes. We ordered a few different cakes to try & they were really good!

Staff was friendly & welcoming. They offered a lighter knowing that I was here to celebrate my birthday. That's really sweet!

Location of the cafe was ideal. Quiet place with lots of cafes as well. Many instagrammable photo spots. Worth going!

This place exude small town Japanese charm with a very strong Japanese vibes both indoor & outdoor. Even the menu is much similar.
Limited menu of mostly Japanese inspired pastry items & cakes, this is not a restaurant. The pastry items are very delicately designed and are not sweet. So just come to enjoy the coffee & nice pastry, nice Japanese zen charm & take loads of pics.
Prices are steep, so make the most of your time there & take some nice pics to reminisce about those time in Japan…..

Cafe with incredible pastries, one of the best I’ve been to!

We came a little too early and their menu was very limited as they were still setting up the place but it quickly drew a crowd and understandably so.

We tried the “Only you” and “Rum & raisin” pastry. The chocolate mousse will most likely hit a sweet spot for all chocolate lovers but the rum and raisin was definitely the star of the show that took us by surprise. The rum was very present in the pastry and the sharpness of the alcohol was delightfully balanced out by the mild sweetness of the raisins.

Excellent bakery. Quaint ambience. Far from the madding crowd. Instagrammable cakes and location.

one of the best cakes I’ve had in Malaysia! wanted to try the popular watermelon cake but they were only left with matcha and this rum raisin one — no regrets because it was SO good. the rum was really strong, and I loved the layer of chocolate within. 😍 not too sweet too. recommend pairing with the watermelon punch for something refreshing!

Very cute and yummy desserts at affordable prices. Drinks were okay. The watermelon cake is a must-try, it is very refreshing. The peach is good for those who prefer mousse. The vibes were great too.

Absolute top tier pastry cafe well worth a drive out to seri austin for. Sophisticated flavours paired with top notch technical execution I'd expect in Tokyo or Paris.

Beyond any place we've been to/have in Singapore.

Would not be out of place in Aoyama or Omotesando, amazing place to chill with girlfriends.

A lovely cafe located at Spring Labs, offering respite from the relentless heat. Apart from the clean aesthetic, they also offer originally developed flavours of pastries, and they pride themselves in having seasonal offerings.

One thing to note is that they do not accept card payments, but have a 5% discount should you post about them on social media. PayNow is also accepted should you need to use it, though I imagine the exchange rate wouldn't be ideal with it.

The pastry was good. For the Tiramisu, the cream was not too sweet with tasted of a little coffee and it was topped with bitter coco powder. Feuilletine on the base gives it a really good dimension. Pretty good overall, balanced, wasn't really sweet. The Fuji had a good combination of matcha and salted caramel with caramelized pecans and walnuts by the side. The look was kinda meh but for the taste, totally would recommend. Price was at the steeper side.
