Used to come here alot when I younger.I realised after it renovated the business kinda went down and when there recently and it feels so dead like a farmasi almost.The staff is quite rude,they would talk loudly and ignore the customers.They would unpack stuff and put the boxes all over the floor so it’s very hard to walk around

Called them to ask about product availability but they had the audacity to pick up and just end the call. Happened quite a few times already.

Problematic cashless payments. Happens every time. How is it possible "line problem" occur every time?? FIX IT or don't bother promoting cashless payment at all.

Staff isn't friendly at all. Went here today and there's only two staff. One lady who looked a bit old and another man I think who is Chinese. Both keep disappearing and go to the back. When I asked the lady for help, she often give me a sour face and a rude answer. The man also keep disappearing. This guardian need more staff and train them to be friendly. Plus, all the boxes are scattered everywhere. Hard to walk.

The Satok outlet poses an occupational health HAZARD to customers when the shop assistants unpack stock and leave boxes scattered all over the various aisles. A place waiting for an accident to happen!

Call them few times. They pick up the call but immediately end the call without saying anything. Worst service.

Belum pukol 10 dh tutup shutter & x terimak customer. Arum bulak pukol 9 dh megang shutter dh. 930 dh ttp abis. Jaoh beza dari watsons satok. Sia agik terang menerang. Guardian satok dh gelap dgn shutter.
