Big, bold and beautiful. This airport is world class and one of the best passenger experiences in the world. I love the colourful flower displays, waterfall and movie. The high end shops are great too. Screen and security also very effective in moving large volumes of passengers.

One of the best airports. It’s big but traveller friendly. Fully air conditioned all around and it has way too many options for shopping or eating. It’s probably my favorite so far. If you have more than 4 hours between your flights visit the falls outside. They will tell you that you need more than 6 hours but do not worry.

Change into Airport is a newly established airport located in a convenient area with easy access to major transportation routes. The airport boasts state-of-the-art facilities, efficient security procedures, and friendly staff. Although the airport is smaller in size compared to major hubs, it offers a personalized and stress-free travel experience. The terminal is well-designed with a variety of shopping and dining options, making layovers enjoyable. However, limited flight options and fewer amenities may be a downside for some travelers. Overall, Change into Airport provides a pleasant and hassle-free journey for those looking for a more intimate airport experience.

Simply the best airport ever! I do not have words to describe this airport. You have plenty of places to sit (very confortable ones). Multiple restaurant options, which are very good and not overpriced! Besides, the immigration is all automated and work flawlessly!

One of the best Airports that I've been to! Its picturesque, has iconic landmarks and needs a day in itself while visiting Singapore.
The Jewel Changi mall along with its iconic waterfall is the best of all and elevate the overall experience of this airport to another level.

Coming to the airport itself, there are numerous check-in counters which mean minimal waiting times for check-in. The immigration too is quick and thanks to E-immigration of Singapore, there is no human interaction required in most of the cases during immigration.
The duty free area of this airport is massive and spacious. Has shops and counters serving all different kinds of items generally found at a duty free store of an airport.
The security setup is the best part of this airport. Here, the security is done just before your flight departure gate. Means all travelers don't have to go through the same security. Only travelers of flights departing from that gate at that time will go through the security setup. This results in minimal waiting times at the security without compromising on the entire process.

The lounges are all located on the top floor and we happened to visit the ambassador lounge before departure. The lounge in itself is just decent, but the overall experience of the airport was top-notch.

Changi Airport deserves an enthusiastic 5-star rating! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its efficiency and cleanliness. The staff were courteous and helpful, making my travel experience seamless. The vast selection of shops and dining options catered to all tastes, ensuring I never had a dull moment during layovers. The airport's state-of-the-art facilities, including comfortable lounges and charging stations, made waiting a pleasure. The transportation connections were excellent, allowing easy access to the city center. The interior smoking lounge was fantastic.😍
So were the cool automatic washroom doors & those nifty sleeping chairs found all over the airport. Most beautiful airport I have ever visited. Very pleasant place. . My favorite airport in the world. Free butterfly garden food courts are also available and there’s also organized tours of the Jewel and Singapore itself . There are cafes and restaurants around, as well as shops. There is also an abundance of transport options to and from here, and the environment is clean and well-maintained.👍🏻
Everything is so clean, and there’s plenty of lounges. There’s greenery incorporated into the airport and such a treat to see all the art. Great experience all around.

A must see if visiting Singapore

This place is visually spectacular and well worth a visit. The canopy bridge allows a great view of the water cascading and to the base of the water feature. The canopy park is also a pleasant place to walk around and note the plants and features to attract children. Being of mature age I didn't venture on to the sky nets but that looked like a lot of fun for adults and children who did scramble up and down the netting. Apart from that feature there is a plethora of shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from and an early check-in feature for a number of airlines who do not open the formal check-in until a couple of hours prior to flight time so it was good to not be encumbered by luggage while looking around.

Newbies to Singapore Changing Airport? Here’s some helpful tips.
1. See the terminal map in the pictures. There’s a train called “Skytrain” that can take you from terminal to terminal once you’re inside.
2. Not a lot of charging stations. There’s a food court in terminal 2 where there’s lots of charging stations at the seating along the windowed area.
3. The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck is in Terminal 3 and has charging stations at every table, very convenient. The food was good too!
4. Terminal 2 has some pretty garden areas. If you have children and a long layover take them here. There’s lots of fish in the ponds and you can walk on a clear plexiglass above the fish in some areas.
5. There are free currency exchange stations, convenient if you’re passing through to other countries.

This airport ✈ is rightly considered one of the most beautiful in the world🌏 There is everything here: climbing park 🧗, swimming pool 🏊‍♀, slides etc. There are also numerous other attractions, shops and restaurants.
But the absolute highlight and totally overwhelming is the 40 meter high (and largest indoor waterfall) in the Jewel. Everyone should see this sight once!

There is no doubt that Singapore Changi International Airport is the best airport in the world. From the moment you step foot in the terminals, you are greeted with efficiency, cleanliness, and world-class facilities.

After getting off the plane, I managed to get my bags less than 10 minutes. No interaction with immigration officials. Scan your passport and fingerprint and that's all. I wish other countries had the same system.

The airport offers a wide range of dining and shopping options, allowing travelers to indulge in various cuisines and pick up unique souvenirs too..

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff welcoming and helping attitude, always trying to direct you and making sure you're going in the correct direction. This alone made me give them 5 stars. Also very clean and shiny.

And don't forget the world's largest indoor waterfall inside the Forest Valley, great sighting.

I was in connecting flight to Dubai, meanwhile strolling around here won’t get you bored. And yeah they gave me toiletries.

Even with 4-hour layover I won’t mind. Second time in Singapore and Changi Airport never disappoints me ❤ The food options are wide and taste amazing.

Tip:
Spare a few dollars so you can enjoy the Singaporean food. My sister and I spent 16 Singaporean dollars for our food and we are full 🫶🏻

Best airport I have ever been to. Beautifully decorated, great variety of shops and restaurants, smooth transit between terminals. Excellent facilities, very clean and well-maintained.

It is such a well organised place. So well thought of to meet every travelling need.

Ride share pick up - seamless and pain free! Order your ride share, head to basement level, to clearly signed doors where your driver will pick you up from! You can wait within the air conditioned area before stepping out to meet your driver. Never have I come across such straightforwardness!
