Document endorsed from Putrajaya CANNOT be endorsed at China Visa Center Kuching. Staff couldn’t do anything as they claimed they only recognise officer signature from Kuching only. Hope this helps.
One country, two different government.

The centre only serves residents of Sarawak. This was not stated on their website or told to you during appointment booking process. Only a printed sheet of paper at the counter tells you this. If you are from out of state (like me), you just wasted your time and money coming.

The staff also cannot help even though it's a known problem. Manager was not around either.

前台和保安服务非常好 主要是处理柜台的工作人员 首先态度就非常有问题 并且存在特意刁难同胞的现象！他说资料不够齐全 我能理解 他限定我必须在半小时内补齐要不然就要注销申请 然后我在时间内补齐时他人不在 不在柜台 其他人不能帮忙处理 等了他一个小时 然后最后也取消了我的申请 让我重新弄(我真的想问问这里的工作人员上厕所可以一个小时吗 如果是 我想来应聘🥹)
