Very bad officer not responsible at all , we have will complain the issue to HQ KL , because if anything slow their doing at KCH sure will said waiting HQ KL even though only small matters, if really only small matters also have to wait HQ KL so better close all branches only

Long waiting at Affin Bank Tabuan, there are 4 officers on duty, still have to take at least an hour per customer?? Just to open new acct.. alamak? What is this? I rather open to other Bank instead.. and the security guard so arrogant not allowing customer to seat inside?? Enjoy your happy smoking again..

Very bad experience with their service, slow and not reply even asked the same question few times but no answer or reply at the end.
