ALPRO Physio Centrio

My son is suffering from knee pain which was troubling him for more than 6 months. Went for physio therapy at other therapy outlet but not much improvement seen. Upon recommendation from a friend, I decided to send him to Alpro Physio under therapist, Judith. After the 1st session which was about 1 week ago , the pain has subsided a lot. Plus my son has been doing stretching and strengthening as advised by Judith. The therapist, Judith is very professional in her work. She is caring and goes the extra mile to assist her patients. Keep up the excellent work.

Started to feel pain for my back since 2010, consulted various specialists, but the pain still come back. Pain was sometime unbearable and affected my quality of life. Visited Alpro Physio S2, Ms. Rongle was technically competent and informative. Her diagnosis was quick yet in depth, treatment was effective. After a few treatments, my pain had diminished a lot. I am impressed by the result. She even checked on my daily posture to ensure it was ergonomically right at all time. Thank you Alpro.

Judith is gentle and was able to guide, coach and train my dad on physio related areas. She will constantly follow up if my dad did the physio exercises. Always smiling and very encouraging. Thank you very much Judith and Alpro Physio. God bless Judith.

I suffer from back pain and came here on the recommendation of my mother's friend. Ms Judith was very friendly and professional during the therapy, she patiently explained and guided me through the exercises. Thanks to Ms Judith's therapy and guidance with regular muscle relaxation exercises, my back pain is now relieved.

My experience at Alpro Physio Therapy Uptown S2 was indeed different from the many physio therapy outlets that I have visited for a span of 20 years. My therapist, Judith is someone who does her job not just because it's her job but because she loves what she is doing. You can feel the warmth and sincerity from the way she treats her patients. I had issues with my ankle and after nearly 3 months of treatment I have recovered. And this is also the only physio therapy outlet that I have gone to whereby the therapists do not chatter loudly among themselves when there are patients around. I would definitely recommend Alpro Physio Therapy centre Uptown S2.

Had my physio session with Alpro physio for my lower backpain and my therapist Rongle was amazing. She gave alot of advise. I feel much better now with the treatment and exercise provided by Rongle. thank you so much Rongle. You are the best!

Overall, the staff at this centre are kind, helpful and accommodating. My physiotherapist, Ms. Judith, is very skillful, attentive and friendly. She explains the condition, treatment plan, pain management & home exercises in a very detailed but simple to understand manner ❤

I would like to say that what a great place Alpro Physio Centrio is. A professional, excellent and friendly service that I highly recommend. They always give great advice and provide the best treatment. Knowledgeable, helpful and honest about the pros and cons of various options for treatment. If you have any joint or muscle pain do yourself a favour and give the physio a call. You won't regret it. Totally relaxed atmosphere and professional service. I can't praise them enough. Also the friendly reception people at the desk who always provide the nice welcome. Many thanks to you all and I highly recommend a visit. My mom and I had great experience with one of the physiotherapist, Swee Lian. She is very nice, caring and very well mannered too. She does an amazing job for my mom and knowledgeable for my mom’s condition. I can tell my mom slowly improve in her balancing and strength. She’s also very attentive and always there to help my mom whenever we’re entering the entrance. Overall we had great experience with her, definitely give her 5 stars 👍🏻.

Very professional service from Judith. She's patient and friendly. And seems to love her job. She performs the required tasks in a systematic way. Excellent.

Staff Judith was very helpful.. Good explanation was given.. And she had suggested few stretching technic that is so helpful to reduce my pain...

My physiotherapist, Swee Lian, is very friendly, very knowlegeable, very patient and always encouraging, even when I feel like I'm not doing well she will encourage me to keep going! She explains everything clearly so I know why I'm doing some exercise or therapy. My shoulder problem is much improved since starting physiotherapy and I will not hesitate to return if I have any other ailments needing therapy, because the atmosphere is wonderful. It's like visiting friends!

I've subscribed 30 sessions physio package for my mum. The physiotherapist, Ms K Malarvely is very competent, friendly and passionate. She explained and guided us well on how to take care our mum. Always encouraged my mum not to give up and eventually she able to walk by herself at the end of 20 sessions!. Thank you Ms Mala for your dedicated service.

I was suffering from walking difficulty after my neck nerve damage operation and have been went through the sessions with Alpro physiotherapist INTAN for package 30 sessions

The team is very professional and thorough in their job. They helped me to regain mobility and strength. Thank you for this survey because I been waited to write comment on how amazing and how lucky to met a super amazing, kind, caring, supportive and ect to our physioterapist Ms Malar. I had send my father to many physiotherapist but none of them can make him walk but Ms Malar make it happened, now my father able to walk after many years. I personally was suffered of trapezium on right side hand and she fixed it for me within few session. All the staffs there are good, helpful and very kind. In terms of arrangement and appointment also very systematic.
I personally recommended to all my contacts. Ms Malar really work extra mile to help patient and she be able to fix patient problem like a magic. she is god gift to your alpro physio centre. May god bless her and I wish she could help many people.

My dad had a mild stroke at the age of 92 and started physiotherapy in July. He met a professional physiotherapist Swee Lian who is very patient in teaching him how to walk and build muscle strength. Now my dad can walk more steadily. Thank you so much Swee Lian and all helpful staffs ! I really appreciate it!

My therapist, Malar, in Seremban 2 branch, is not only knowledgeable and highly competent in her field of work, she is also unendingly patient and gentle in her ministrations during our sessions together.
