Check-in is smooth. I like the room but for my room, extra energy was needed when closing the door. 😆. Located near to AEON, fast food chains, other eateries which about below than 10minutes driving. Staff is good too.

They provide water dispenser and ironing board but iron can be requested at counter. No lift, just 1 level up by stairs.

I don't know if their television got problem with channels because we cannot access to any of it unless the YouTube only.

Room is comfy. Pleasant environment. Simple and useful amenities provided... friendly and helpful staff .... and oh yeah ...price is affordable and worth the value 👍😎

What a nice affordable and available during end off year for last min booking. The room is tidy, clean, clean painted wall, luxury bathroom sink and bowl. Hot water, tv is working well. A bit dust on top bed is forgiven and I come very late. Small space for 4 beds - Family room with a queen and double decker

I got a room with window , nothing much to complain. Check in was swift by a friendly boy. Parking is free outside the hotel. Definitely a bargain

Very comfortable and the room is so clean. Stayed the night here with my husband.The staffs provided a very warm welcome. Will definitely come back again.

The rooms are clean, newly renovated. The staff are friendly, and it has an affordable price for so much more !

Customer service lelaki berbadan besar(sorry tak tahu nama) pada 23/11/21 shift malam, sangat jujur kerana mjumpai handbag anak sy dan pada malam tersebut seorang customer service perempuan (tak tahu nama) call sy sewaktu sy mkn di luar utk mberitahu handbag ank sy dijumpai di luar lobby dan mereka tolong simpankan. Sampai di hotel handbag ank sy dipulangkan dlm keadaan yg baik dan lengkap smuanya.Syukur dan terbaik ada staff yg mcm ni. Syabas utk mereka👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
