I rented a van from your establishment on 15th July to 18th July 23, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. encountered several issues during the rental period, which significantly impacted the quality of my rental experience. I would like to bring these issues to your attention in the hope that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent such problems in the future. Mechanical Issues: Shortly after commencing my journey, I noticed that the van was experiencing consistent engine troubles. This resulted in frequent stalling in the middle of the road. Not only did this cause delays in reaching my destination, but it also posed serious safety concerns. Faulty Air Conditioning: The air conditioning system in the van was not functioning correctly. During my journey, especially on hot days, the lack of proper cooling made the trip uncomfortable for myself and my passengers. Faulty Horn: The horn sound was barely audible even when I pressed it firmly. As you can imagine, driving a vehicle with an inaudible horn can be extremely hazardous, particularly in emergency situations. It left me feeling vulnerable and unable to communicate effectively with other road users when necessary. Insufficient Fuel: When I picked up the car, I noticed that the fuel gauge was showing nearly empty, indicating that the tank was almost completely depleted. I expected to receive the car with a full tank of fuel or, at the very least, with a sufficient amount to comfortably reach the nearest gas station. Regrettably, I had to endure the stress and inconvenience of immediately searching for a nearby gas station, as I was concerned about running out of fuel during my journey. No doubt the van was replaced by the company on Sunday, but the replaced van broke down again on Tuesday morning. I wonder if all the vehicles are thoroughly inspected by JPJ. It shows that the vehicles are not well maintained. You guys dont deserve the 1 star. Horrendous service and experience
