Exploring Seoul with ARBA has been the best experience. The service provided was very professional, we were fed with in depth knowledge of the inside and outs of Seoul throughout our whole trip. They helped us understand and appreciate more the local culture and the everyday life of Koreans.

Great services from ARBA team, we just went for 4D3N trip to Semporna, excluding the flights tickets, everything else was fully covered under the package (RM997/per person) that we booked.

1st day check-in at Lato-Lato Water Chalet (sea); beautiful & spacious room for 4 person, located at pom pom island; can swim, snorkelling, watch sunset/sunrise from room balcony. Plus point for their beautiful view 😄. They also have safety jacket that we can rent for RM5/per jacket with unlimited time. Breakfast, dinner, lunch & tea time was provided.

2nd & 3rd day check-in at Seafest Boutique hotel located at Semporna (land); spacious room for 2 person, clean toilet/room, & can hear the wave sound from our room. Walking distance to mall, shop, jetty, restaurant/cafe.

For accommodation, client can request the type of hotel range from 1 star to 5 star hotel.

Transportation: 4/5

Airport shuttle; they have specific shuttle time; earliest was at 6am & latest at 5pm. So far the driver was on-time & easily contacted 👍🏻. Inform agent for arrival time.

Boat transfer; waiting time was quite long (30 minutes to 1 hour), highly recommended to bring along mini-fan, hat, water bottle & snacks when waiting 😅 as the jetty was quite hot/sunny. Boat driver was skilled & licensed, so far we had a safe ride during transfer & island hopping.

Note: boat driver like to practice their skills; hold tight & don’t forget your face-shield 😉

Meal: 5/5

ARBA provided 3 meal a day including breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Lunch/dinner (semporna) was at Bubble Cafe; their food was delicious & fulfilling. Big portion & seafood dish was fresh & tasty. Our lunch&dinner was fully paid by ARBA, you can just order however you like within the budget given. Highly recommended to try their salted egg squid, dry butter prawn & kam heong crab.

Lunchbox & mineral water was provided during island hopping so you can just sit-back & enjoyed the day 😄.

Agent was friendly & helpful, they offered full guidance and itinerary of the day was given a day before. add-on activities must be booked at least a day before.

Tour guide (during island hopping) was friendly, helpful & skilled at photography 😆. If you booked with ARBA, don’t forget to request Veelu as your tour guide; your journey will guaranteed to be fun & full of laughter 😂. The tour guide will also assist during snorkelling so don’t worry if you can’t swim 😉

Seawalking (RM187/per person): worth the price, video & picture during seawalking was provided.

Discovery scuba diving (RM277/per person): worth the price, no diving license needed. Dive master will guide during diving activity.

Kayak (RM147/per kayak): not worth the price, slightly overrated but pretty for instagram pictures 👍🏻 plus, the boatmen forget to bring our kayak (glass boat) so our tour guide had to borrow from another boat; sadly, the ‘pendayung’ was broken so aside from taking picture, we can’t do much with the kayak.

Snorkelling (include package): fun & beautiful coral/fish. Equipment provided & tour guide will assist during activities. We went to timba-timba, pandanan & sibuan for snorkelling.

Hiking at Bohey Dulang (include package): better bring hiking shoes, beautiful & instagram worthy view.

Island hopping (Timba2, Mataking, Sibuan, Pandanan, Bohey , Matabuan; include package): Most of our picture was photographed by the tour guide; he gave 💯 effort & help with posing for picture and video 😄.

Overall, do consider ARBA if you have plan to travel to Semporna 👍🏻

Recommendation for ARBA team:

1. For any add-on activities that required extra equipment (e.g: glass boat/pendayung for kayak), please prepared ahead of time & double-check before going to ensure all equipment needed are completed as we client already paid for it & it quite sad when we can’t do the activities due to incomplete equipment.

2. If possible, provide go pro (rent/free) during snorkelling & diving activities to enhance client experience & help creating more memorable memory.

This was the 4th trip with ARBA. My children and I truly enjoyed this Japan - Kyoto - Osaka trip. The tour guide : Firdaus is an experience guy with lots of knowledge pertaining Japan as he studied here for 4 years - we were told. He shared his experience in layman’s terms that makes it easier for us to comprehend. He was also very helpful and always go the extra mile for all of his guests.
Zeya is a cheerful tour leader who is without doubt lightens up every situation. Both of them were very calm and professional throughout the journey. Thank you for this wonderful experience of which my children and I will definitely cherish. Ok, it wont be our last trip with ARBA☺

i took a trip to seoul with arba during January 2024 and i can say it has been a really good experience. It’s my first time going to seoul and the first time ever to join a tour group like this. Initially i was frustrated with customer service ARBA in office. Slow feedback and passive. However, i have a great tour leader Bella and tour guide Rafiz in Perth from 10-14 Nov 2023 which turned the trip to such a sweet, memorable and GREAT experience. Well done and kudos to both.

Our tour guide Mr. Zayree was very helpful, punctual and very accommodating. He also has great knowledge on the tourist attraction that we visited and gave us a very enjoyable info-sharing. Not only that, he was very helpful and patient in retrieving an item we left behind at our hotel and even help in our extra request in finding a shop to buy paddle lock for our broken luggage. Not forgetting to mention, he also helped taking lots of our photos throughout the vacation which was very kind as well.

The accommodations were very nice and far exceeded our expectations. On our very first night, our hotel is facing the Kinabalu Mountain and it was an unforgettable experience to see it in person. We get to visit many places and also touring some of the masjid on the way as we do our prayers.

Overall, the whole experience is very exciting and memorable for my family.

Our first experience with ARBA was when we took ground arrangement for our recent trip to Saigon, Dalat, and Muine. Correspondence with local rep in Malaysia was conveniently fast. Local operator in Vietnam was good. Wanan was a good natured young guide who was very good and attentive in attending to our needs, a group of schoolfriends in our mid-50s with various mobility issues. We had great time and captured awesome memories there.

The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations for our trip. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient travel agency. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

The best travel agency i have ever chose ! The tour leader , Mr Ashman and our tour guide in seoul Mr Coby really made the trip so much fun and memorable . The food , the visited places were so good and delicious as well . They also gave us enough time to really explore and had some shoppings in seoul . Everything was a smooth sailing process from klia to incheon and back to klia again . It was a really great unfogettable experience travelling with arba team . As our memorable journey through Korea comes to an end, We wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude to each one of you.
From the moment we departed from KLIA2 on December 24th to our safe return on December 29th, every day was filled with joy and excitement. Witnessing the snowfall upon our arrival at ICN Airport set the perfect tone for the adventure that awaited us.
The first day, with strawberry picking, a visit to Nami Island, and exploring the Starfield COEX Mall, was nothing short of magical. The tasty meals, the charming scenery, and the warmth of the group made it a day to remember.
The second day, with a kimchi class, seafood feast, and shopping in HongDae Street and Myeongdong, brought us closer to Korean culture and flavors. Special thanks for accommodating our prayer needs at every turn.
The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the third day, where we donned traditional Hanbok attire at Gyeongbok Palace, explored Itaewon Street, and marveled at the cityscape from Namson Tower. The experience at Sejong Museum and Doota Mall added a cultural touch to our journey.
Our fourth day at Vivaldi Ski Park, playing in the snow and enjoying various activities, was pure bliss.

Took a private trip with ARBA to Jeju & Seoul. Everything was amazing and easy to manage. Hotels provides were comfortable and meals were great. Our guides, Jordan & Mikah (both native Korean) were really helpful and very informative when it comes to the tour. Easy to communicate as they were really good in English. The ARBA team also was really helpful in providing us the best possible experience we can have and very helpful in terms of everything in the pre-tour phase starting from the flights, K-ETA application and so on.

One of the highlights of our journey was undoubtedly the delectable food we enjoyed. Arba provided us with the opportunity to savor both chicken and beef BBQ, which were absolutely mouthwatering.

Our tour guide, Ms. Lynn, was exceptional. Her fluency in English and friendly nature has made the trip more enjoyable, providing valuable insights at every step. Additionally, Mr. Hafizi, our friendly and helpful tour leader, went above and beyond to assist us, especially during a hiccup at the check-in counter.

Overall, the experience in Korea was nearly flawless, with only minor room for improvement, where I would suggest reconsidering a visit to the Starfield Library, as it didn't offer much to engage visitors. Instead, allocating more time to enchanting locations like Nami Island as it could enhance the overall experience.

Both guides- Zeya and Hakan -Malaysia~Turkey were great, helpful and had been awesome. Experiences in Turkey were great, except that it was quite tiring because we had to cover too many places in 9 days including the to and fro journey.. The group was fun. Guide in Turkey is a very well experienced guide with excellent background knowledge of the historical places.
