very unsatisfactory with the service provided by a young female doctor, have no patience with kids, no experience maybe, she dare to scold your kids infront of parents. Even though my child can not finish the treatment session, I do not think you should be angry with a little boy who does not know anything. The way she talks to us is also not so polite,very rude and unprofessional attitude.

Kakak sy call utk appointment tapi nurse kata"boleh walk in", seminggu lepastu kakak saya walk in utk buat test hiv utk kahwin tetapi kena reject. Alasan nurse yg bertugas borang yg diberikan salah dan x menerima alasan utk percepatkan proses ujian.

Staf sombong... suruh aku isi borang pon main ketuk2 jer borang tu dgn muka ketat ... staf kaunter pon berlagak.. nmpk staf dh tua tp berlagak.. x hormat langsung.. ( nk bagi aku punya kad temujanji pon mcm klinik gigi tu bapak dia punya.
