Mornings at this shop are bustling, and rightfully so. Be prepared for a queue of 15 minutes or more.
The milk tea is a standout, one of the best I've ever had. Personally, the sambal toast is a favorite, delivering a flavorful and spicy kick. Don't miss the wanton noodle – it's a must-order dish!

First time here for brunch, the food is good with many choices. Love it.

Since we are on the topic of teh/kopi, I'd like to introduce you to another good old school kopitiam in Ulu Tiram, a neighbouring town next to JB. I have a few customers here in Ulu Tiram area and all of them love coming to this busy Kopitiam in the morning or even for lunch. The reason? 1) Varieties - you can get a lot of good food here... Singapore Hokkien Mee, HK style CCF, Yong taufu, Johor Laksa, etc and 2) they make one mean kopi and the coffee powder is from Kluang.

◾HK style CCF - thin, silky smooth with a dallop of XO sauce on the side
◾Since I don't really take carb, I ordered a lot of yong taufu stuff - pork skin, lorbak, fried taufu, sausage and many more.. all took a dip in a bowl filled with curry broth.
◾Do take note that their toasted bread is also quite good although not in the picture, plus the Singapore Hokkien Mee.

It is always an enjoyable affair everytime I come here knowing that I'll leave the place with a full and happy tummy.

No frills, fuss free typical coffee shop to settle your hunger pangs enroute to other places (like Desaru). Our group stopped there for Brunch.

The coffee and kaya butter toasts (Roti Bakar using Roti Benggali) were typical standards that one would expect from a coffee shop in Malaysia. The right proportion of kaya to butter. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. Not that economical by Malaysian standards, maybe because we had four canned drinks in all. But overall, still value for money for a quick meal.

We had wonton mee as well. The noodles were springy, and the soup was not to peppery. The wonton to skin ratio was just right.

Best breakfast kopitiam in town. Queueing time est 15-20 mins during weekend morning. Must try kopi, roti bakar kaya and half boiled eggs 😍 They have laksa, wan ton mee, 猪肠粉, nasi lemak too!

Almost all food are delicious and fresh.

Very GOOD coffee. Food is very nice too. Especially the Nasi Lemak, the toast was good. Just that the trip from JB city to there is a little far. They will be moving to a new location nearby in a few days time.

The shop moved to a new location, which is just few rows away with more tables & convenient parking lots. We love their traditional coffee, tea & butter kaya bread. Other food stalls selling wan tan mee, chee cheong fun, laksa & nasi lemak also available. Be prepared to wait for tables during weekends, where is crowded. Worthy to wait for the food, you will come back for more.

Best traditional Hainan coffee I ve ever had. A must visit place when you come to Ulu Tiram. It've already been a icon of the town.

They served very old school kind of dishes in this well known kopitiam. They have around different stores in this kopitiam to cater for all walks of life. Parking and seats availability is always a problem. Make sure you reach there earlier in the morning. Overall, highly recommended!!!

One of the local traditional kopitiam you should bring your overseas friend to enjoy the food here. You can bring them to try laksa, dry noodles, as well as their most famous coffee and toast bread all in one place. Highly recommended.

A very bustling and traditional kopitiam. Great variety of wanton noodles stalls, nasi lemak, curry larksa and chee Chong fun. Many people will have their toast bread to top it up with all the goodness!
