Easy to find the hotel.
Front Desk lady was very friendly and very informative.
Room was moderate yet still budget friendly.
Sorry. Did not get to take picture as i was too tired from my long drive from KL

Old hotel with decent service level. Connexting room features is nice for bigger family.

Pool is acceptable. Good aircond compare to room size. Some electrical item may create sound due to aging.

Roadside location. No beach. Nearby, walking distance restaurant and fast food.

Overall, good place to stay.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Although the room and hotel is quite old the it is very clean and comfortable to stay here.i travel alot for work and i like to stay at hotel seri Malaysia wherever i go but this branch would probably my favorite in term of the staff friendliness and the room cleanliness.Good job keep it up

Nice place, a bit old but for me that not the problem. Stay there for five nights. Excellent experience during stay. But sadly can't go to the pool as during my stay was school holiday so it was full with kids (small pool only) and I didn't have time to enjoy the pool.. Huhuu... Overall good experience

Here again for 3 days stay. It's still the same old humble hotel.

Servis tiptop dr hotel, ank2 seronok main kat pool.. need to improve their bathroom.. lantai da tukr kpd tile.. tp, cadar yg da x elok blh tukar da kot...but the price was affordable.. family room was big enough for 5.. will repeat again as for their great service❤

I love the ideas of having a small swimming pool in the middle of the court yard. The ample parking space for the elderly is highly appreciated in this hotel. A good place to stay before you off to Tioman island. With the cosy surrounding, I bet it's the best place to stay if you are in Kuala Rompin

There are not a lot of things to do or see in Tanjung Gemok. We stayed here to accommodate our ferry ride from Tioman Island and the bus ride back to Singapore. If you want to use the Cataferry service, which I recommend, you come here since it does not operate out of Mersing. We ate good meals in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the air conditioning in the room. We saw families enjoying the pool. We figured out the hot water heater and had all we needed. The staff was helpful. The hotel is a good value for the money and inexpensive compared to US or Singapore hotels. Staying here one day allowed us to visit the local grocery store and nearby shops. We saw our first durian fruit here. We later learned it is infamous and banned in some places, including the Singapore transit system. Locals will admit to liking it but not before looking around to see who is listening.

Great hotel for 1 night sleeps, cool aircond, beds is great but the pillow still need some adjustment. Everything is OK and everyone should try the experience of sleeping here
