Very cozy and the kitchen is clomplete. Washing machine is available as well. All rooms (3 ) including the living area complete with aircond. Enjoy watching movie without interruption and most of all... reasonable price and the owner is very helpful. Best part, 3 toilets are ready for you. One of the best in Kota Marudu so far....the outdoor table set is superb for families. I may suggest they install water heater 😁.

Good facility and great location

We checked in late. Around 7.30pm. And it was last minute decision. 3 rooms with 1 queen bed + 1 single mattress in each rooms. 1 toilet inside. Rm190. Owner said most homestay around Kota Marudu is Rm200 above. So we just booked after my negotiation tidak berjaya. Haha. Good part is; located belakang Speedmart dan Nasi Ayam KM, ada emergency contact number provided, ada evacuation route plan. 👍🏻. Upon arriving, so many red ants at the garage. All the kids kena serang. Menangis my son. It was dark but the ants sangat banyakkkk. It is dangerous. There is no channel available on the TV. Only 4 movies installed. I dont mind the TV. No towel provided. My suggestions: change the tilam and sofa. Sakit badan tidur atas tilam lama. It was crooked. The sofa pun tinggal kayu, no more soft part. My kid terhantuk on the sofa. And if can, belilah shower cream/syampoo Rm2.60 at Ecoshop. Put in the toilet. And please clean the house. Banyak sawang(spider webs), macam rumah tinggal. And, meja batu outside, i hope owner can cement the meja ke batang meja tu. My son tertintid the meja batu. Lebam peha. It was disaster. Hope owner can do something about it. Safety first. Overall, will come back again if improvements is done. Thanks!
